Shift & Grow Consulting LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process when you visit our site or buy one of our digital products.
What we collect
When you make a purchase, we process your name and email address (to deliver your product and send your receipt) and basic order details. Payment information is entered directly with our payment providers and is not stored by us.
Service providers
We use trusted partners to operate our store, process payments and send email: Payhip (checkout, order management and file delivery), Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing), and Sender (Sender.net — delivery of our newsletter and signup confirmation emails). These providers process your data under their own privacy policies in order to provide their service.
Why we process your data
We use your data only to process and deliver your order, send the emails you signed up for, provide customer support, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Newsletter and email updates
If you sign up through one of our forms (for example our quiz), we process your email address — and your name, if you choose to give it — to send you the free content you requested and occasional updates about our books and resources. We do this only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit the form.
We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive a confirmation email, and you are only added to our list once you click the link inside it. We store your signup details (such as the date and the page you signed up from) as a record of your consent. These emails are sent through Sender (Sender.net), which processes your data as our service provider under its own privacy policy.
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing has no effect on any purchase you have made or its delivery.
Cookies and consent
On your first visit we ask for your consent to marketing cookies through a banner. Without your consent, no marketing or tracking cookies are set and no such services are loaded. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so we don't have to ask again; this is necessary for the banner to work. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. During checkout, our platform partner (Payhip) and the payment providers may set technically necessary cookies under their own policies.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram)
Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we use the “Meta Pixel”, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It lets us measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram by recording actions such as page views, viewing a product, newsletter signups and starting checkout. When active, it connects to Meta and transmits data — including your IP address, browser/device information and the pages you visit — which Meta may link to your account and transfer to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Art. 44 ff. GDPR). The legal basis is solely your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. See Meta's privacy policy for more.
In addition, and again only with the same consent, we use Meta's Conversions API. When you submit our sign-up form, we send the corresponding “Lead” event to Meta not only from your browser but also directly from our server, so the measurement is more reliable (for example when ad blockers prevent the browser pixel). For this we transmit a hashed (SHA-256, pseudonymised) version of your email address together with your IP address and browser user-agent. Both events carry the same identifier so Meta counts them only once (deduplication). Purpose, recipient (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc., USA), the USA transfer on the basis of standard contractual clauses, and the legal basis (your consent) are the same as for the Pixel above; you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”. We do not send your name through this channel.
